SAMUEL DAVID

Sam began his career as Assistant Superintendent of Structure Tone, Inc., where he managed demolition and renovation, and coordinated the work of subcontractors on the renovation of the executive offices of Boston Properties.

As Project Manager for Yorke Construction Corp., Sam managed large scale projects, including the interior fit-out of the new Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center at Lincoln Center, as well as the creation of the 33,000 sq. ft. private school Blue Man Creativity Center School, a total renovation of the existing Seaman’s Church Institute building in the South Street Seaport area.

He oversaw the complete gut renovation of brownstones and townhouses all over Manhattan, working with several high-profile architects and clients, first as the Project Manager at Elbo Construction, and then later as Chief Construction Officer at Hartfelt Townhouse Builders.

In 2017, he joined David Feldman to co-found King David’s Contractors.

Education: Samuel holds a BS in Construction Management Engineering Technology from the State University of New York, Farmingdale. Certified NYC superintendent, OSHA 30, 32 hour supporting scaffolding and over 100 hours of site safety training.

DAVID FELDMAN

David began his career as a financial analyst at a first class development firm, pioneers of the loft conversion concept in Williamsburg, NY.

After joining the real-estate industry, where he gained extensive experience in residential real estate, David has since been involved in commercial and residential development and construction.

In 2013, David worked for Elbo Construction and solely oversaw and managed the development of a 62-unit, 90,000 square-foot residential luxury condo development in Williamsburg, supervising crews of up to 80 workers on any given day.

David then worked for Hartfelt Townhouse Builders as a senior project manager, overseeing the construction of several high end townhouses throughout Manhattan.

In 2017, David joined Samuel David to co-found King David’s Contractors.

Education; David holds a B.S. in Business Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Certified NYC superintendent, OSHA 30, 32 hour supporting scaffolding and over 100 hours of site safety training.
